Belen

Beautiful Belen and her sister Berenice were found tied to our gate one day in May. Along with them was a bag of food and a note in Spanish asking us to please watch out for these girls as they could no longer care for them.

Both Belen and Berenice were frightened and a bit slow to adapt to Ranch life, but slowly and surely their lovely personalities started to shine. Berenice was the more outgoing one, Belen was a bit shyer but loved affection and long walks. Berenice flew to her forever home two weeks ago - we would sure like to see Belen find her place soon. She is about one to two years old and weighs 35 pounds.
