Dale New Board Member

I moved to Ajijic from the San Francisco Bay Area in October 2021. I worked for 23 years as a paralegal in immigration law. I’ve always been a bleeding heart, especially when it comes to animals. One of my foremost goals in retiring and moving to Mexico was to volunteer at a rescue. Through pickleball, I became acquainted with Diana Hunt, one of The Ranch’s amazing volunteer photographers. She asked me if I’d be interested in helping her with the photo shoots … and the rest, as they say, is history!

Assisting with photos morphed into writing doggy bios for the website. I volunteer 2 days a week and I LOVE interacting with our lovely, sweet dogs, as well as with our wonderful staff and volunteers. I’m excited to now to be involved in helping set The Ranch’s future direction and goals!
