We have a wonderful staff. They work hard every single day to keep our dogs safe, healthy and happy. Martin has been with us over 20 years. Jen has been with us over 3 years and takes the lead. Juan has been with us over a year. He is our assistant and loves the dogs. We also have a temporary guy named Victor who does so much construction work for us. Even with all of these great people, the work is never done. Jen is often pushed to her amazing limits.

Now, we would like to introduce and welcome Manuel Ramos. He started a couple of weeks ago. Here is how it went down.

Syd and I had been looking for another dog loving, hard worker to help Jen with the management of The Ranch. Several people expressed interest, but we have specific needs. We really need someone with their own transportation to help us get dogs to where they need to be. They needed to be willing to give shots, handy with tools and most of all MUST LOVE DOGS. Manuel had been doing a lot of work for my friend, Cindy. He did great work and was always on time and always showed her pictures of Spike, his dog.

One day, I asked him to come out for a tour on a day when I worked. He loved the place. I asked him to start the following Monday. Right from the start, he showed great promise. He saw a hole in the play yard fence and in 30 minutes he had it repaired!

Manuel has been a real asset to us. He has learned fast, and always with a smile and a helping hand. We are thrilled he is here to help Jen and all the other great people we have with us.
